PageDesk customer license
PageDesk customer license — version 1.0 Pathwork Solutions LLC, identified as the software publisher on the product listing, grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased PageDesk release on Windows computers used by you. You may use it for personal or business work and keep a backup installer. Each additional user needs a separate license. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes maintenance updates that the seller makes available for the purchased major release. Future major releases may be offered separately. No particular future feature, update schedule, or continuing service is promised. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell PageDesk application code. Third-party components retain their separate license rights. Those rights prevail over any conflicting restriction here. In particular, you may replace LGPL libraries with compatible modified versions and reverse engineer for debugging those modifications. Third-party notices, license texts, matching library source archives and replacement information accompany the software. You retain your rights in your documents. PageDesk does not acquire ownership of them. You are responsible for having permission to process them. Keep backups and verify exported files. OCR, document conversion, reader reflow, comparison and automated checks can miss or misinterpret content. Drawn signatures are visual marks, not certificate-backed digital signatures. Printing and scanning were tested with office hardware. Compatibility with your specific printer, scanner and driver is not guaranteed. The software is not a substitute for legal or professional review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is supplied as is, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Store purchases also follow the store's applicable terms.
