PageDesk privacy information
PageDesk privacy information PageDesk processes documents locally on your Windows computer. This release has no built-in cloud document-processing service, advertising tracker, or automatic support-email responder. OCR runs locally. Local settings, recent-file paths, linked notes, processing recipes, recovery data and saved signature images may be stored in your PageDesk user profile. Resumable batch jobs also store input/output paths, file hashes and processing settings in a batch-job.json file beside the batch results. Protect that folder and delete the job record when no longer needed. Recovery files can include document content. Protect your Windows account, keep backups, and do not share that profile with other people. Opening or saving files in OneDrive, Dropbox or another synced folder may cause that provider to synchronize them according to your settings. Choosing email handoff uses your configured mail application. You control what is sent. If you contact support, the seller receives the information you send and uses it to provide support and handle the request. Send sanitized examples rather than confidential documents. Contact support to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. The store or checkout provider separately handles purchases, payment data, receipts, account verification and refunds under its own privacy policy. PageDesk's seller should not request your card number by support email. Contact: s.villasenor@pathworksolutions.com Version dated October 26, 2026. Covers PageDesk desktop release 0.30.0. The seller is identified on your purchase receipt and storefront.
